Green Canyon Pangandaran

1. Green Canyon
Cukang Taneuh or Green Canyon is one of tourism object in West Java which is located in the Village Cijulang Kertayasa Sub-district, Ciamis ± 31 km from Pangandaran. This tourist attraction is the river flow through the Cijulang stalactite cave and the enchanting stalaknit and flanked by two hills with rocks and trees provide a unique natural attractions, and challenging.
Initially the local people call it Cukang Taneuh (Land Bridge) because right in the upper River Cijulang, there is a wide land bridge three meters, with a length of 40 meters.
The bridge that connects two cliffs above the river that formed a tunnel, called the Green Canyon. Name, first leveled visitors (tourists) from the American Joness named Bill (Bill John), in 1989 then.

2. Green Canyon Cave
Beautiful scenery awaits you after a fall from the boat. You can enjoy a strong side with the cave to see Stalactite and stalagmites are still dripping water. The water continuously issued in the bank so that this region is called the eternal rain daeah. You can also swim in a cave with a buoy. You will feel the water is cold and refreshing. Green Canyon or Cukang Taneuh is indeed a beautiful resort in the Pangandaran area. Whereas in the rainy season, when high rainfall, river water will be brown.
